Any tablet works to start. You do not need the expensive one. If you can draw on it, you can begin.

3. Your painting software of choice.
Photoshop, Procreate, Krita, whatever you already use. Krita is free if you are starting from scratch, so cost is never the thing standing between you and starting.

Here's the honest answer. In this industry, no one gets hired because of a certificate. They get hired because of their portfolio. Full stop.

Art directors do not scan for a qualification. They open your work, and in ten seconds they decide if you can do the job. That is the only test that matters, and it is the test this whole program is built to get you through.

You will finish with a certificate of completion. But the real thing you walk away with is a body of work strong enough that the certificate becomes irrelevant.
